Ordering & Quotes
How do I get a quote?
Fill out our online quote form at /quote or call us directly on +977 9858088691. We respond within 4 hours on business days and provide itemised, fixed-price quotes at no charge.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 0.5 cubic metres. For very small jobs we recommend using our Mix Calculator to confirm you need a truck delivery — smaller volumes can sometimes be handled with bagged mix.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 9 AM. For larger pours (10 m³+) we ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can schedule the right fleet.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Changes or cancellations made more than 3 hours before scheduled delivery are free of charge. Late cancellations may incur a small call-out fee.
Mix & Quality
What concrete grades do you supply?
We supply mixes from M15 to M50 (standard to high-performance). Every batch is tested for slump, air content, and compressive strength before leaving our facility.
Can you do custom mixes?
Absolutely. Our Mix Design Engineer formulates bespoke mixes for special requirements — waterproof concrete, rapid-strength gain, fibre-reinforced, or low-carbon blends.
How fresh is the concrete on arrival?
Because we use volumetric (on-site) mixing trucks, the concrete is mixed at the point of delivery. There is zero transit time, so slump loss is eliminated.
Do you provide batch tickets and test reports?
Yes. Every pour comes with a batch ticket, mix design sheet, and compressive-strength test results — essential for building inspections and project records.
Delivery
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently serve Banke, Bardiya, Surkhet, and surrounding districts in Lumbini and Karnali provinces. See our Delivery Areas page for a full coverage map.
What happens if the truck can't access my site?
Our drivers assess access before unloading. If the truck cannot safely reach the pour point, we will discuss pump hire or alternative access options with you at no extra charge for the assessment.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is included for sites within 20 km of our Kohalpur depot. A distance surcharge applies beyond that — your quote will show the exact amount.
Payment
When do I pay?
For first-time customers, full payment is due before delivery. Established account holders can apply for 30-day credit terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, and cash on delivery. Card payments are available for account holders.
