Concrete Built for a Sustainable Future

At Bheri RMC, responsible construction is not a feature — it is the foundation of how we operate every single day.

Our Six Green Pillars

Reduced Carbon Footprint

Our volumetric mixers produce only what is needed on-site, eliminating the excess concrete that traditional drum mixers discard. Less waste means fewer CO₂-intensive re-batches.

Zero Concrete Waste

Because we mix to exact order volumes, there is no leftover concrete to dump. Industry estimates suggest 5–8 % of drum-truck loads are discarded — we eliminate that entirely.

Eco-Friendly Mix Design

We actively research supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) such as fly ash and slag to partially replace Portland cement, reducing embodied carbon without sacrificing strength.

Water Conservation

Our mixing process recirculates wash water from drum cleaning. We monitor water consumption per batch and target continuous reduction year-on-year.

Local Sourcing

Aggregates and sand are sourced from certified local suppliers within 80 km of our depot, cutting transport emissions and supporting regional employment.

Certified Standards

Our mixes are tested against ASTM and NS (Nepal Standards) specifications. Compliance documentation is provided with every delivery.

Our Pledges

Publicly stated targets we hold ourselves accountable to.

  • Publish an annual environmental impact report

  • Reduce fleet emissions by 20 % by 2027 through route optimisation

  • Achieve 30 % SCM substitution rate in standard mixes by 2026

  • Eliminate single-use plastics from all site operations by end of 2025

  • Partner with local reforestation projects to offset residual emissions
