1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or submitting a quote request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our site or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Bheri RMC.
2Services Description
Bheri RMC provides custom concrete mixing and on-site delivery services including, but not limited to:
- Custom concrete mix design based on project specifications.
- On-site volumetric mixing and delivery to construction sites.
- Concrete pouring, leveling, and finishing by our crew.
- Site assessments and consultation for project requirements.
All services are subject to availability, site access conditions, and a confirmed written agreement between the client and Bheri RMC.
3Quote Requests and Orders
Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding order or contract. A project is only confirmed when both parties have signed a written service agreement and any required deposit has been received.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change based on material costs, delivery distance, and site conditions confirmed at time of assessment.
- We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
4Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each individual service agreement. General terms include:
- A deposit (typically 30–50% of the total quoted amount) is required to confirm a booking.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work or as specified in the agreement.
- Late payments may incur interest charges as stated in the service agreement.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (Rs) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before a scheduled delivery will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may forfeit the deposit due to material preparation and scheduling costs. Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel deliveries due to severe weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control, with prompt notice to the client.
6Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Ensuring safe and legal vehicle access to the delivery site for our trucks.
- Obtaining all necessary permits, approvals, and clearances for the construction work.
- Having adequate labor and equipment on-site to receive and place the concrete efficiently.
- Providing accurate site and project information at the time of quoting. Changes after confirmation may affect pricing.
- Ensuring the site is ready before the agreed delivery window to avoid standby charges.
7Quality and Warranty
Bheri RMC warrants that all concrete supplied will meet the specified compressive strength and mix design agreed upon in the service contract. In the event of a documented failure to meet these specifications, we will, at our discretion, re-pour the affected area or provide a credit. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper curing, unauthorized modifications, ground movement, or third-party interference after delivery. Any warranty claims must be raised in writing within 14 days of project completion.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bheri RMC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits, project delays caused by factors outside our control, or damage to underground utilities not disclosed by the client. Our total liability for any claim arising under a service agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
9Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Bheri RMC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information in any form.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the site.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the performance of the website.
11Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
12Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
